TSoc Son School for Nurturing and Educating Disabled Children (Hanoi) is a place for children who are deaf and mute, have intellectual disabilities, motor disabilities, and language disabilities. From 2020, the school changed its name to School of Education for Children with Disabilities, Vocational Training and Cultural Teaching for Deaf and Intellectually Disabled Children from 5 - 15 years old. Thanh Xuan Peace Village - Làng Hòa Bình Thanh Xuân
Thanh Xuan Peace Village was established on December 17, 1991 with the help of OBERHAUZEN International Peace Village and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany to build initial facilities.
