Tam Duc Shelter - Mái Ấm Tâm Đức

Tam Duc Compassionate Home was founded and built by Nun Tam Hue (Abbot of Linh Son Pagoda, Doan Nhu Hai, Ward 12, District 4). Currently, the center is taking care of 70 children, including the youngest ages from 4 months to 4-5 years old.

District 4 Disabled Children Education Center - Trung tâm Giáo dục Trẻ Khuyết tật Q4.

The center was established in October 1989. The center provides care, literacy and vocational training for disabled children are completely free under the boarding system from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Subjects of care: mentally retarded and hearing impaired children from 5 to 18 years old. Number: 102 (male: 57 children, female: 45 children) of which Hearing Impaired: 17 children, Mental: 85 children
